These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AISLEPRO (the "app"), provided by Brian Marchini ("we", "us", "our"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
AISLEPRO is a grocery list app that lets you tag items with store locations (aisle, department, shelf) so shopping can happen without backtracking, track purchase history, and estimate trip cost. No account is required to use the core app.
Accounts
Signing in (via email magic link, Google, or Apple) is optional. If you sign in, you're responsible for maintaining access to the sign-in method you used. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Cost
AISLEPRO is currently free to use, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If that changes in the future, we'll update these Terms accordingly before any paid features launch.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the list, store, and purchase data you create. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter into the app, including prices you record — trip cost and unit price estimates are only as accurate as what you enter.
Acceptable Use
Don't use AISLEPRO to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer the app beyond what's permitted by applicable law.
Disclaimer
AISLEPRO is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. It's a personal shopping tool — price estimates, unit costs, and suggested items are calculated from data you enter and shouldn't be relied on for financial or budgeting decisions where accuracy is critical.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
